Legal support for the activities of duty-free trade operator

We provide legal support for the Client’s business activities, represent the Client in administrative proceedings, prepare proposals for amendments to legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Commission on customs regulation with respect to duty-free shops, prepare opinions on the application of EEU legislation related to the Client’s activities for the customs and other state authorities of the Republic of Belarus, support the opening of new outlets under the duty-free customs procedure.
