Support of an investment project in real estate

Our Client became involved in the construction of residential buildings and the maintenance of the first golf course in Belarus after the initial investor failed to fulfill its obligations to the Republic of Belarus.

Our law firm was engaged by the Client as a legal consultant to develop a comprehensive legal basis for the Client's entry into this project and its further implementation. We assessed legal risks associated with participation in the current investment project, restructured the project, prepared all documents and instruments necessary for the project implementation, including drafting of the investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus and drafts of relevant regulations governing the procedure of transfer of rights and obligations under the project from the initial investor to the Client, advised on issues arising in the course of the project implementation.
