We successfully represented the Client as a plaintiff in economic courts in a dispute related to the return of real estate after the auction for its sale was declared invalid. The peculiarity of this case was that by the time the auction was declared invalid, the real estate had been reconstructed by joining another object and became a new real estate object, which required the implementation of a complex algorithm in several consecutive court proceedings.
The courts decided in favor of the Client, and the real estate previously owned by the Client was returned to the Client.
