We won a legal dispute against the Russian airline Aeroflot regarding VAT refund

We successfully won a case, representing the Client as a defendant in a lawsuit initiated by Aeroflot Russian Airlines, a major Russian airline, which claimed recovery of VAT included in the cost of fueling and servicing an aircraft.
