Representing the client in a corporate litigation

We represented the client in a corporate litigation to invalidate the issue of additional shares purchased by Iran Khodro (a major car manufacturer in Iran) due to its non-compliance with the Belarusian legislation, and then represented the client in a subsequent litigation to recover the purchase price paid for the shares. We elaborated the client’s legal positions on the disputes, represented the client in courts, advised on judicial and other issues.
