We supported our Client’s project to acquire a 100% stake in a Belarusian company that was established to build a solar energy generation system under an investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus.

We performed LDD of the target company, structuring of the transaction, consulting on taxation, settlements and other issues of the transaction.
