Restructuring of the group of companies

We rendered legal support for a project to optimize the structure of a group of almost 20 companies owned by our client, consisting of 50 filling stations, oil depots and a number of other facilities. As a result, a restructuring scheme was developed, taking into account a number of aspects (reduction of intra-group and external debts, reduction of the number of companies, etc.).
