Within the framework of a special legal regime established by a special regulatory document, as well as at the intersection of a wide range of problems caused by the former investor’s inability to implement the project due to lack of financing, we offered the client an optimal financing structure, conducted negotiations with creditors and investors, which resulted in settlement of debt issues, preparation of relevant opinions and other legal documents, amendments to the investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus.
