Support for an investment project on organization of production of composite materials

Our client carried out an innovative project on development and manufacture of composite material products (car components, etc.) with the involvement of Belarusian industrial enterprises, foreign educational institutions and other participants. Under the project, we acted as a key legal advisor, including establishment of the company, its further registration as a resident of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park “Great Stone”, development of the ownership and corporate governance structure, participation in negotiations on contracts for production, supply, installation and testing of the main operating equipment, advising the client on all corporate, tax, license, regulatory and other legal issues of the project.
