Support for investment in Zubr Capital private equity fund

We provided legal support of our Belarusian client’s investment in the first Belarusian private equity fund Zubr Capital. Our duties included reviewing partnership documents, advising the client on the advantages and disadvantages of joining the fund, drawing up documents enabling the client to minimize its investment risks, identifying financial instruments to be used for investment purposes, resolving regulatory issues.
