Support of a project on acquisition of the largest regional provider by a mobile operator

We provided legal support for the acquisition by a national mobile operator of a majority stake in the authorized capital of the largest regional Belarusian provider of fixed-line telephony, broadband Internet access, multimedia services, data and IT solutions. We supported the implementation of the project from the very inception to its successful completion, including structuring the transaction, minimizing legal risks for the client, conducting legal due diligence of the target company, preparing the entire set of legal documents, ensuring compliance with all internal authorization procedures, obtaining antimonopoly clearance, advising the client during the transaction on tax, corporate and other legal issues.
