A national mobile operator providing mobile communications and fixed Internet access services acquired the companies of four large regional Belarusian providers. We provided legal support for transactions, including comprehensive legal due diligence of target companies, identification of risks for the Client in connection with the acquisition of target companies, structuring of transactions and their terms, drafting of legal documents required for the acquisition of the target companies; negotiating the terms of the transactions with the sellers, communicating with antimonopoly authorities, advising on corporate, tax and civil law aspects of the transactions.
