Legal assistance in the purchase of shares of a Belarusian bank

Our team was engaged as a legal advisor to perform due diligence of a Belarusian private bank and structuring of a transaction on acquisition of its shares. The scope of our services included due diligence of the target, including issues of share registration and transactions, assessment and confirmation of the bank's title to land plots, buildings and other real estate, intellectual property, as well as review of agreements with key contractors.
