Since 2011, the Swedish investor has successfully implemented 5 investment projects in the Republic of Belarus for the construction of renewable energy power plants. In 2023, the investor reached an agreement to sell the Belarusian company that owns the power plants to one of the largest private holdings in our country. We supported this project on the seller's side at all its stages: we prepared the transaction terms agreement, documents for applying for the authorization of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for the transaction, participated in the anti-trust clearance process, as well as formed the final package of documents for the transaction.
While domestic market players single out the firm for its "high transparency and real estate expertise," peers note: "They are the best in dispute resolution, especially for Belarusian clients, and quite strong opponents in court!"!
