Support for construction of metalworks using loans from foreign banks

We provided comprehensive legal support for the investment project of construction of metal rolling plant and related facilities under the investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus. In particular, our team took part in the development of amendments to the investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus, a financing scheme involving a foreign loan from major Russian banks, a set of security agreements, a scheme of hierarchy of loan agreements, and provided day-to-day advice to the client on various issues of project implementation.
