Establishing Belstankoinstrument – machine tool holding company in Belarus

We provided legal support to MZOR OJSC in establishing Belstankoinstrument machine-tool holding company through mergers and acquisitions involving more than 22 companies (over 11,000 employees).

The total share capital of the holding company participants amounted to $37,5 million.

Our firm developed the structure of the holding company, the scheme of internal relations, determined financial aspects and prepared a vast document base in the absence of legal practice for the establishment of holding companies in Belarus.
