Participation in the IAC at the BelCCI on a dispute over the termination of an investment agreement

We represented the Client as a defendant in a case considered by an international arbitration court on the claim of the Republic of Belarus for termination of an investment agreement for the construction of a large multifunctional complex in Minsk, consisting of a business center, a hotel and an entertainment complex with an investment volume of €180 million.
