Successful defense of the interests of a subcontractor in litigation against an Austrian company

Our client acted as a subcontractor for the construction of a facility where the general contractor was an Austrian company.

As a result of the rescission of the contract, disputes arose regarding the recovery of unjust enrichment and the recovery of payment for the work performed, which were subject to the jurisdiction of different courts.

We developed judicial strategy and tactics for related cases, prepared service documents, represented the client’s interests in courts, which resulted in a favorable outcome of the case for the client.
