Successful defense of the purchaser of a golf course in a legal dispute over declaration of the auction as invalid

After our client acquired the only golf course in the Republic of Belarus, which was an asset of a bankrupt company, at the fourth auction (the first three were declared invalid), one of the bankrupt’s creditors sued the client for declaration of the auction as invalid.

We developed the judicial strategy and tactics in this case, prepared service documents and represented the client in court.

The claim was dismissed by the court in full.
