Successful defense of a software developer in a dispute with a customer on recovery of unjust enrichment

We represented our Client in the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on a claim of a company resident in the Republic of Cyprus for recovery of over EUR 500,000.

The plaintiff, who claimed that the contract for software development between them and our Client had not been concluded due to the lack of essential terms of the contract, demanded recovery of monies paid under the contract in the form of unjust enrichment.

The court ruled in favor of our Client.
