Successful representation of the Client's interests in the economic court under the international sale and purchase agreement

We represented the Client in the Economic Court of Minsk on the claim for recovery of prepayment under the contract of international sale of grain crops for the amount of more than 65 million Russian rubles. The decision in favor of our Client was upheld by higher court instances.
