Successful completion of a litigation dispute on recovery of prepayment from a Cyprus company

We represented the Client in the Economic Court of Minsk in a dispute on recovery of prepayment received from the agent company (Republic of Cyprus) under the agency agreement on attracting a loan in the amount of EUR 5 million. Consideration of the dispute resulted in a victory for our Client.
