Successful result of construction dispute

As a project owner, our Client implemented a data center construction project. As part of this investment project, a Belarusian subsidiary of HUAWEI was engaged as an engineer to perform, among other things, the functions of appointing contractors. One of the contractors appointed for construction filed a lawsuit to declare the tender and the contract awarded as invalid. Representing the interests of our Client, who was involved in the process as a third party, we, together with HUAWEI lawyers, won the case.
