Legal support for the airport reconstruction project

We were engaged as a local legal advisor on a project involving the reconstruction of the airport, the construction of an international passenger terminal and a runway for A-380 aircraft (the project cost is more than $600 million).

The project was financed with guarantees from the Government of Belarus and a credit line from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Export-Import Bank of China.
