Legal support of the acquisition of a plant for the production of decorative metal profiles and aluminum anodizing

We provided comprehensive legal support for the acquisition of a plant for the production of decorative metal profiles and aluminum anodizing located in the Republic of Belarus by our client, one of Russia's largest producers of aluminum construction materials. As part of the project, we conducted a comprehensive due diligence of the acquired company, supported the obtaining of the consent from the anti-trust authority to the transaction, and prepared the entire set of documents required for the acquisition of the plant. The successful completion of the transaction allowed the client to significantly increase its production capacity and solve logistical issues, expanding its sales geography and product range.
