Legal support for the acquisition of IT companies

We performed LDD for three IT companies acquired by an IT giant and then supported their acquisition transactions.

In addition, we assessed compliance with antimonopoly legislation and prepared numerous legal documents for the transactions, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, lease agreements, intellectual property transfer agreements, novation/replacement agreements for various civil law contracts, employment contracts, etc.
