Legal support for a supermarket construction project for Leroy Merlin

We rendered legal support for the implementation of an investment project under which our client committed to build a supermarket for Leroy Merlin, a French company selling home and garden products. We were responsible for providing turnkey legal services for the project, including drafting all transaction documents, negotiating and monitoring proper execution. Subsequently, due to the impossibility of continuing the investment project, the latter was sold in favor of a retailer engaged in similar activities.
