Legal support for the acquisition of a stake in a company secured by SWIFT bank guarantees

We provided legal support for the acquisition by a shareholder of a Belarusian subsidiary of one of the world's largest manufacturers, distributors and processors of power equipment of a stake in the parent company. We advised on the optimal structure of the transaction, prepared the necessary documents, and supported the issuance of bank guarantees for the transaction in SWIFT format.
