We provided legal support for the sale of real estate, which was transferred to the client as repayment of debts of the Belarusian company, settlement of issues of bringing into compliance technical documentation for buildings reconstructed and modernized by the previous owner without proper permits and documentation, resolved other regulatory issues, prepared documents and supported transactions.
