We provided legal support for the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a multifunctional complex of Gazprom in Minsk.
The project owner held an international tender for the development of the architectural concept of the complex, the winner of which was the English office of NBBJ.
The scope of our services included preliminary analysis of the tender conditions, drafting a contract for the development of the project concept with foreign architects under English law, and advising the Client on various legal issues related to the project, and subsequently drafting a contract for the development of project documentation on the basis of FIDIC with adaptation to the Belarusian legal environment.
