Belarus expands list of traceable goods

Starting March 1, 2026, Belarus expanded the list of traceable goods previously established by Resolution No. 250 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated April 23, 2021.

The goods subject to traceability will also include household refrigerators and freezers (TN VED 8418 10 900 0), and additional four-digit codes at the first digit level (1 and 2) (new and used).

Business entities that handle traceable goods must:

– submit information about the goods and transactions related to their circulation to the SPT PC;

– use electronic consignment notes (ECLs);

– maintain quantitative records of traceable goods in the units of measurement specified in the ECLs.
