The Belarus High-Tech Park (HTP) has approved a Regulation governing the activities of crypto banks involving digital tokens.
The document was developed jointly with the relevant state authorities as part of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 19 dated 16 January 2026 “On Crypto Banks and Certain Control Issues in the Sphere of Digital Tokens”. The regulatory legal act was published on the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus and enters into force on 18 July 2026.
The Regulation establishes the procedure for crypto banks’ operations involving tokens, defines the list of permitted operations, and approves the list of tokens with which such organizations may conduct transactions.
Which tokens are permitted:
The list of tokens with which crypto banks are authorized to use includes Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, TON, USDT, XRP and BNB. It also includes DOGE, LINK, TRX, HYPE and others.
