The Yuri Bashmet International Festival has been held in Belarus since 2006, this year - for the 14th time. The festival is one of the most important cultural events in Europe, traditionally featuring both the most prominent artists of our time and young talented musicians from many countries of the world.

On September 27, a press conference dedicated to the opening of the XIV International Yuri Bashmet Festival was held, which was attended by Dmitry Bokhan, Managing Partner of Verkhovodko & Partners Law Firm.
The author of the festival idea, its inspirer and artistic director is the famous Belarusian pianist, laureate of International competitions, graduate of the Royal Academy of Music in London Rostislav Krimer, and the honorary co-chairman of the organizing committee of the festival is Yuri Bashmet, People's Artist of Russia, Laureate of the State Prizes of the USSR and Russia.
This year the festival will feature performances by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London, the international chamber orchestra "EAST-WEST CHAMBER ORCHESTRA", the chamber ensemble "Moscow Soloists", world-famous pianists Fazil Say, Boris Berezovsky, and the most famous violinist of Spain Leticia Moreno. The festival has prepared surprises - a concert for moms and babies from birth, as well as a night concert on the platform of the metro station "Petrovshchina".
